The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the date of payment. If your item doesn’t fit right, doesn’t meet your needs, or you just changed your mind then you may send it back for an exchange or refund.
Returned items must be clean, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in the same condition and packaging as when shipped. Items must be received and inspected before refund or shipment of replacement. Damaged/unpackaged returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee.

To initiate a return for INTERNATIONAL orders please contact us at sales@AdvantageRugby.com and include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with further instructions, usually within 1 business day.
Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt but when you actually see the refund will vary with payment method.
Please pack carefully so that no damage occurs in transit. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer and we do not refund original shipping (because the carrier will not refund that to us). Items lost in return are the responsibility of the buyer.
